This course introduces the business case for Scrum, the core Scrum framework, and the raw ingredients for bootstrapping Scrum in your organization. Some modules discuss personal tips and insights from years of experience using, teaching, and coaching Scrum. Scrum Essentials Prep work will be taught and you will learn the essential parts of the Scrum Framework – the most popular agile framework in use day. You'll round out your Scrum knowledge by exploring how to start and end a Scrum project.
